Building a business from scrach required creation of store concept. Developed the name of the store and logo, store design, packaging, design of customer loyalty cards and business card. Created various branded presents for customers for Cristmas and other holidays

Regular business trips to Milan and Moscow for selection and procurement of fashion collections. Communication and negotiation with 7 different fashion houses and their showrooms (Italian, French, British, Russian, Dutch). Visiting trade shows and exhibitions to search for new suppliers and technological innovations
